Eat clean and you will look lean... its a fact!
60% is all about food and nutrition the rest is regular exercises. Many have succeed in getting a nice tone body when they discipline themselves in eating clean.
It is all about being selective in what you put in your body. It takes a little commitment on your part and some knowledge about nutrition. And you will see the result of your effort.
Many have fail during the process of getting a nice tone looking body this is due to lack of self discipline. You decide what's best for your body - nice and healthy or unhealthy and out of shape. It is not that difficult it takes a little bit of commitment and initiative the rest will be easy to follow through.
You need to know the three important things about food - Carbohydrate, Protein and Fats. Make sure you have the right types of food that fits these three food category. There are two types of carbohydrate - simple and complex. Avoid simple carbohydrate. And for fats there are good fats and the not good fats. Go for the polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats avoid saturated fats and trans fats. As for protein there are many types from poultry.
You also need to look into splitting your daily 3-big meal into smaller meals. Many research has shown that by eating five small meals daily will help you boosts your metabolism so that it can burn more calories and burn stored fats. Have two times snacks in between your three daily meal. The idea is to eat small and frequently.
Avoid sugary drinks, simple carbohydrate and junk snacks. All these will not help you tone your body. Try to eat wholemeal, go for complex carbohydrate and protein food.
Example of few good snacks are: hard-boil egg, fruits, mixed nuts and Greek yoghurt. And there are many more.
Keep a habit of eating clean and you will be on your road to a lean tone body.
