Easy Workout

This workout schedule has help me to not only lose weight (from 70kg, now i'm down to 65kg) i also get a toned, lean body with 6-packs. And standing naturally with stomach in, chest out.

MONDAY:
Go gym or Cross training workout for one hour. 2.4-km run, push-ups, crunches, parallel-bar dips and stretching.

TUESDAY:
Swimming for 45-minutes few laps depending on your stamina.

WEDNESDAY:
Muay Thai or kick-boxing for 1.5-hours. Do short runs, skipping, push-ups, sit-ups, pad-work and shadow punching.

THURSDAY:
Hooray!!!  - Rest day

FRIDAY:
Another rest day and chill-out

SATURDAY:
Start early morning at 6-am - Cross training workout for one hour. Do (HIIT) run, push-ups, crunches, parallel-bar dips and stretching.

SUNDAY:
Start early morning run at 6-am. Run minimum 3-km or 30-mins. Ends with stretching, push-ups, chin-ups and hanging leg raise.

All these has to also come with proper supplements of nutrients and healthy food. Look out for my next article on eating healthy and taking good supplements.

Remember your first steps is important to get out of that cozy couch, do it small - once you gain momentum the rest is easy. In no time you will be in healthy sexy shape that others envy.
